Aqua Terra Poolhouse
on harness creek
THIS TRANQUIL POOL HOUSE was inspired by the client’s desire to create a meditation space adjacent to the poolscape. The 12-foot by 12-foot glass cube with three distinct climate areas is separated from the outdoor covered dining area by a linear gas fire feature, which is designed to be viewed from both inside and out. The structure stretches the length of the pool, offering a continuous indoor/outdoor experience. It also incorporates the same materials and the overall aesthetic established by the main house. Along the backside of the pool house is a spa-like, glass-tiled shower and changing room connecting to a private outdoor shower.
