Timeless Waterfront Retreat

After being destroyed by Hurricane Isabel in 2006, a new vision was set — to rebuild on this 6 1/2 acre Harwood property a timeless waterfront retreat. The feature in What’s Up Annapolis magazine shares that the home was to be redesigned to host small gatherings and accommodate conversation nooks for visitors. This vision did not limit the homeowners who, within their first year after moving in, hosted around 300 overnight guests. By creating unique and defined spaces, each room was given it’s own theme with items collected from traveling abroad. Our team maximized every area of the property to give this Navy family everything they needed to put down roots and make Annapolis their home.
