This three-story 23,000 SF mixed-use building includes retail and office space on the first floor and office space on the upper floors. Located along two streets in Annapolis, MD, the retail space faces the busy thoroughfare and the office lobby faces a more rural setting. This allows the retail tenants to maximize their exposure to passing traffic. The building is designed to include split-faced block at the first floor to create a base for the building. Storefront glazing wraps extensively around the first floor. The upper floors are finished with stucco and punched openings reminiscent of historical structures.
