This 85,000 SF five-story building is proposed for Westgate Circle, the entryway into the revitalized Annapolis, Maryland downtown area. The first floor contains 5,000 SF of retail space and parking. The upper floors contain residential units with options for one, two or three bedrooms and outdoor terraces of varying sizes. The development of the three “finger” massing at the rear of the building allows for maximum light to penetrate the lower residential units. The stepping configuration also helps to maximize the natural light at the lower levels while creating luxurious outdoor terrace areas. The rotated bays on the front elevation create private balconies that permit the owners interaction with street below.
