Private Waterfront Residence on the Chesapeake Bay

To improve the aesthetics of the existing 2,300 SF one-story waterfront bungalow, the rear of the house was demolished and a new 2,800 SF addition incorporating a new kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms with a full finished basement was added. The existing front façade was renovated to include a waterfront deck with terraced levels, stacked stone walls and mahogany wall-cap seats. A major entrance was integrated to the rear of the house and upon entering a clear view to the water is captured.
