New Studio Manager for Purple Cherry Architects

Purple Cherry Architects has added Mark L. Swanson, AIA to their staff of 9 professionals.  Mr. Swanson brings over 20 years of experience to the firm and will be the Studio Manager in charge of all markets serviced by Purple Cherry Architects.  Mr. Swanson said, "I am excited to join Cathy and the staff at Purple Cherry Architects.  I look forward to all the new opportunities I will have in my new role as Studio Manager."   Notable work includes a LEED Gold office building in building in Bloomington, MN, which recently won two Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal's Best in Real Estate Award 2009.  Providing leadership in sustainability and BIM practices, his experience also includes project design for educational clients, including University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School/Colin Powell Leadership Center in Minneapolis, MN as well as retail, mission critical, industrial and other commercial clients.  Mr. Swanson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
